The Date
Monday brings us all to a new and exciting week, while we bring you another update about Foreign Legion. We’re still working hard on adding a lot of new content to the game, coders are clacking away on their keyboards, concepts are being brought to life and new environments are being created. In other words, we’re spending our time on new levels and features that are based on the wonderful feedback you’ve given us so far. A big shout out to the community for that!
For a while now we’ve been promising that updates are coming soon. Therefore I’m happy to say that December 18th will be a date to keep your eyes open for, as this is the day we’re striving for!
In other news, one of the Steam community groups BucketsOfBlood has been rapidly growing and have given us a lot of feedback and support so far, thanks guys! If community groups aren’t your thing, be sure to check out the forums as well!
We want to clarify on one aspect of the update however, as it will not include the highly anticipated multiplayer update just yet! On December 18th you will receive a of great deal of improvements and additions to the game automatically through Steam for free.

HUZZAH! Im so excited, and thanks for a date. We realize this puts pressure on you, but its a great thing for the community to have a date to look forward to. This was a great thing and im glad to see that you guys have cranked out the DLC so quickly after release!

YES! This is incredibly good news! I was hoping it would come out around Christmas time, but this is even better! (a week better, anyway! haha) Seeing as my birthday’s on the 16th, this’ll be a terrific slightly-late birthday present - I think I’m gonna have to tell my friends to get it pronto now!
But here’s a question - when the update comes out, what’s going to happen with the price? Will it go on sale for a few dollars less to promote it, go up slightly in price (I wouldn’t be complaining if you did, mind you) or will it just stay the same?

So, now that the DLC is on the way, and contains co-op (unless something goes/went horribly wrong, of course) we should all start to gather our steam ID’s, so we can all play against each other - I’d especially like to see how myself and Shadow or MerlijnVH would fare! :D

Well, you say great improvement and addition for free on 18th december, does this mean the next update will cost something?? i hope not!
too bad that the multiplayer is not coming next month! so please sakari indie, make it in the next update !

Ah well, at least you told us now, rather then have us all on the edge of our seats, then find out on the 18th, anyway! But regardless, I’m still looking forward to the 18th, since it’s a great fun “timewaster” game already, and this’ll no doubt make it much more then that!
(Also, I just had a massive facepalm moment there, when I realised that MerlijnVH and Shadow were the same person, haha)

I recently bought this (So it automatically came with the update), and I’m wondering: Will you ever release the soundtrack for Buckets of Blood? I’ve been digging for it extensively and haven’t even found the main title theme. Could you please set it up for download on Steam (Considering Dawn of War II has already done that)?
